ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of firearm-related products and compliance requirements All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If we make a mistake we will make it right. Due to the liability involved and safety concerns we do not take back or resell modified magazines.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@calegalmags.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement or offer a refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to assist you. If you ordered the wrong item or need to change or add something we can easily modify your existing order.
Compliance Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure products ordered from CALEGALMAGS.COM are legal in your state or locality. We modify magazines to meet specific compliance standards, but laws may vary. We are not responsible for seizures, penalties, or returns related to non-compliance. Please don’t play stupid games, we don’t like getting subpoenas.
