Frequently asked Questions
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process and ship. We custom modifiy magazines for each order.
Once shipped packages take approximately 2-3 days for delivery depending on geographic location.
We are not able to provide exact delivery dates.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed due to the fact that these are firearm magazines and there is legal and safety liability involved.
If there is an issue with your items please contact us for assistance.
If you notice an error or need a correction please contact us as soon as possible to update your order info before your order ships.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. And a shipping notification email with tracking once your order ships.
You can also log into your account if you created one before or during the checkout process.

Due to the fact that most of the items we sell are ITAR Restricted we do not ship outside the US. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.
Usually yes. But sometimes we may use multiple shipments to fulfill customers orders. If so we will email you the tracking for each package.

We offer flat rate shipping for $8.95 anywhere in the US
If you created an account when you placed the order or beforehand you can log into your account to check status of your order. If you did not create an account you are welcome to call or email us for assistance.
No you can order direct to your location. Magazines are not serialized or regulated like firearms (yet).
We charge sales tax to shipping addresses in Idaho.
We do NOT ship outside the US because most of the items we sell are ITAR restricted. (No shipping to Puerto Rico)
We will ship orders with the least amount of packages possible. In rare cases we may ship multiple packages and will notify you if so with tracking provided for each package.
