Please allow 1-3 days for orders to process and ship. We custom modifiy magazines for each order. Once shipped they take on average 2-3 days for delivery depending on geographic location.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed due to the fact that these are firearm magazines and there is legal and safety liability involved.
If you notice an error or need a correction please contact us as soon as possible to update your order info before your order ships.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. And a shipping notification email with tracking once your order ships.

Due to the fact that most of the items we sell are ITAR Restricted we do not ship outside the US. No shipping to PR.
Usually yes. But sometimes we may use multiple shipments to fulfill customers orders. If so we will email you the tracking for each package.

We are located in Eagle, Idaho. We relocated from CA to ID in 2015
We offer flat rate shipping for $8.95 anywhere in the US
If you created an account when you placed the order or beforehand you can log into your account to check status of your order. If you did not create an account you are welcome to call or email us for assistance.
We do not store any card information, only your contact and shipping information.

We will ship orders with the least amount of packages possible. In rare cases we may ship multiple packages and will notify you if so with tracking provided for each.
