Orders and Shipping
Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm (MST), Closed weekends and holidays.
We are located in Eagle, Idaho. We relocated from CA to ID in 2015
We offer flat rate shipping for $8.95 anywhere in the US
If you created an account when you placed the order or beforehand you can log into your account to check status of your order. If you did not create an account you are welcome to call or email us for assistance.
We do not store any card information, only your contact and shipping information.
We charge sales tax in Idaho and where legally required.
We do NOT ship outside the US because most of the items we sell are ITAR restricted. (No shipping to Puerto Rico)
We will ship orders with the least amount of packages possible. In rare cases we may ship multiple packages and will notify you if so with tracking provided for each.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not allow returns or exchanges due to safety and liability concerns. If you have a defect or issue with a product you purchased please contact for assistance on an individual basis.
If we make a mistake we will absolutely make it right and get you taken care of as quickly as possible.

Orders can not be cancelled after we ship them. If you need to make a change please contact us as quickly as possible.
We will never take pre orders or money up front for items we do not physically have at our shop or in transit from our distributor. Please use the waiting list feature on the product page or feel free to contact us for assistance. We are happy to help.
