We ship via USPS for the majority of our orders. Occasionally we will use FedEx also.

Note: USPS does not allow special requests upon delivery. Talk to your mailman if you would like packages left in a special location. Entering special instructions in the Comments box during checkout will not be forwarded to your mailman.

Shipping Rate = $8.95 FLAT RATE
on all orders. (Updated 1/20/2016)

Lead times vary depending on the volume of orders we are receiving. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to ship. We may also be awaiting an inbound shipment containing product(s) to complete your order.

We do NOT ship any orders outside the continental US.

You are welcome to check the status of your order online anytime if you have an account set up with us. Just log in to your account or set one up if you have not already done so.

Orders refused by the customer upon delivery will NOT be refunded or credited.

It is the customers responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. Calegalmags does not accept any liability for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or damage / loss on the part of the USPS. If a package is returned and deemed undeliverable for any reason from the USPS it is the customers responsibility to pay for a new shipping label so that we can re ship your package.


We send order status email updates. Updates are as follows:

NEW ORDER- Once your order is successfully placed.

PROCESSING- Once your order has been picked and is being filled (this applies to orders containing "special order" items) Not all orders will receive a "Processing" email notification. Most orders go straight to "Shipped".

SHIPPED- Once your order ships. You will receive a copy of the USPS delivery confirmation number so you can track your package. Please allow 24hrs from receipt of this email notification before attempting to track your package in the USPS system. 

USPS SHIPPING INSURANCE AVAILABLE- (Only $1 per $100 of value)

Package Insurance is optional and is available on the Checkout Page.  Insurance is optional and the cost is $1 per $100 of value. It will automatically calculate the amount at checkout for your order amount. 

If you choose not to purchase "Package Insurance", Calegalmags will not be liable for any loss or damage to your package during transit. 


Available for purchase in the Shipping Options & Upgrades category on the bottom of the left margin. To purchase this upgrade please add it to your cart before checkout. We will upgrade your label to Signature Required upon delivery and your postal worker must get a signature to drop off the package. If there is nobody to sign they will leave a note for you informing you where you can pick up the package. Calegalmags will not be liable for packages returned to us due to failure of the recipient to sign for the package. We will gladly ship it again if it comes back to us but you are responsible for paying for another shipping label ($7.95) if we need to do so.

If you live in an apartment building or high traffic area and are worried about theft we strongly suggest you add this option to your order so an adult must sign for the package for it to be delivered. They will not leave it unattended or drop it off without a signature from the recipient. 

If you choose not to add Signature Confirmation to your order and your package is stolen after it has been delivered Calegalmags will NOT be liable for theft or loss. Same goes for misdelivery too. If the USPS delivers it to the incorrect location by mistake we are not going to accept liability. By choosing to purchase Signature Confirmation upon deliver upgrade you will minimize the chance of your package getting stolen / mis-delivered for only $2.45


If you need to file a claim (for delayed, lost or stolen packages) with the USPS the number to contact them is 800-222-1811. Make sure to have your tracking number available to provide them.

Calegalmags accepts no responsibility for packages that are stolen, damaged, or lost in transit. Once we ship your package, it is out of our hands. If an uninsured package is damaged or lost by the USPS please be sure to file a claim with the USPS right away. We will provide any information necessary to assist you in your claim if needed.
