These are permanently modified internally by Calegalmags for COLORADO and other 15 round restricted locations. Calegalmags
modifies these to a 15rd capacity internally. We use a 5rd
limiter which we insert into the magazine to limit capacity
to 15 rounds maximum. In addition to the limiter we also seal the
bottom of the magazine closed "permanently" with industrial adhesive.
Magpul Pmag Ranger Plates can not be added after the modification is
performed.
