We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day)
Shipping Rates = Between $7.95 ( inside CA) and $8.80 (to New York) depending where in the US you are shipping to. The actual rate depends on your shipping address zip code, not the contents of your order.
**PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO SHIP**
Most orders ship the same day or next day. But we do get busy and shipping times may vary. We appreciate your patience. We may also be awaiting an inbound shipment to complete your order.
You are welcome to check the status of your order anytime.
Orders refused by the customer upon delivery will NOT be refunded or credited.
It is the customers responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. Calegalmags does not accept any liability for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or damage / loss on the part of the USPS.
ORDER STATUS UPDATES-
We send order status email updates. Updates are as follows:
NEW ORDER- Once you place your order PROCESSING- Once your order has been picked and is being filled (this applies to orders containing "special order" items) Not all orders will receive a "Processing" email notification. Most orders may go straight to "Shipped". SHIPPED- Once your order ships. You will receive a copy of the USPS delivery confirmation number so you can track your package.
USPS SHIPPING INSURANCE AVAILABLE-
If you wish to purchase SHIPPING INSURANCE we can help you with that. Please email us before placing your order to assist you.
USPS SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AVAILABLE-
We can also add SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION which requires someone to sign for the package upon delivery from USPS. This is good if you do not want your package left on your doorstep. Or if you are worried about theft. This optional upgrade can be purchased in the SHIPPING UPGRADES section. The cost is $2.10 per package and must be added to your order before checkout.
Calegalmags accepts no responsibility for packages that are stolen, damaged, or lost in transit. Once we ship your package, it is out of our hands. Packages are hand delivered to the US Post Office daily to ensure that they enter the postal system. If a package is damaged or lost by the USPS please be sure to file a claim with the USPS right away. We will provide any information necessary to assist you in your claim if needed.
PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (AND ORDERS THAT CONTAIN SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS)-
Please allow 1-2 weeks for special order items and orders containing special order items to ship. Once a customer
places an order for a special order item, we then order it from our
distributor specifically for that customers order. Special Order items
are not returnable, or refundable. Orders that contain special order
items will ship in their entirety once we have all items together.
FILING A CLAIM WITH USPS
If you need to file a claim (for delayed, lost or stolen packages) with the USPS the number to contact them is 800-222-1811. Make sure to have your tracking number available to provide them.
