FRAUD PREVENTION / CARD HOLDER VERIFICATION:
protect our business against fraudulent orders we MAY require the
customer to provide a copy of their Photo ID & Card used showing
only the last 4 digits and the name on the card as shown in the example
image below. We do this to verify that the cardholder authorized the
transaction and make sure the order is not fraudulent or a stolen credit
card. Sadly online fraud is very common and we must protect our
business by making sure all orders are valid before shipping. If your
order is flagged we will contact you directly for verification and the
order will be placed ON HOLD until verification is received.
Reasons for verification required may include but are not limited to:
-Different shipping address than the verified billing address
-Billing address not an exact match to what your bank has on file (street address and/or zip)
-High Dollar amount orders
-Different names on the shipping / billing addresses
-Different billing shipping / billing addresses

billing information against what your bank has on file. If the billing address is not a match we will require verification. If your billing address is a
match and your shipping address is a different location we may ask for
verification. We can only verify the billing address with the fraud
filter tools and if we take the risk to ship to a non verified address
we will make sure it's authorized by the cardholder before doing so.

you. Returns require a RMA# (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION #) which must be
issued to you by our staff. Items returned without an RMA # will not be
accepted or refunded. Returns must be made within 5 business days of the
delivery date of the package and items must be in new condition with
all original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to ship back

condition with all original packaging the item(s) will be returned to
you at your expense. Once a return has been received and inspected you
will be contacted with the results.
You can use any carrier you like to send back authorized RMA returns.
NO RETURNS accepted on the following items:
Modified Magazines (10/20rd, 10/30rd etc) unless defective. We will
inspect, repair / replace any defective magazines that we modify. Please
do not contact Magpul, they will only refer you to us if we modified

FRAUD PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGH PRICED ITEMS:

PRICE ADJUSTING (RETROACTIVE):

PRE ORDER ITEMS:

can make arrangements to send multiple shipments but we ask that you

Please allow 1-2 weeks for
special order items to ship. Once a customer places an order for a
special order item, we then order it from our distributor specifically
for that customers order. Special Order items are not returnable, or
refundable. Orders that contain special order items will ship in their
entirety once we have all items together.
IMPORTANT: HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO A SECURE LOCATION
will not be held liable for loss or theft after your order has been
given to the USPS. We ship all orders via USPS and we have no control
over the package once USPS takes possession of it. USPS does not
accommodate special delivery requests or comments. If you write special
instructions in the comments box for delivery they will not be
forwarded. The USPS will deliver your mail according to their policies
and procedures. Shipping / Package insurance does NOT cover theft after
your package has been delivered. We suggest adding Signature
Confirmation Upgrade to avoid theft after delivery as it requires an
adult to sign for the package in order for it to be delivered so no
packages are left unattended.
SHIPPING PACKAGE INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL-
insurance is available for purchase in at CHECKOUT. Our system will
automatically calculate the cost by the dollar amount of your order. If
you decline the insurance Calegalmags will not be responsible for
damage, loss or theft during or after transit. You can also purchase
