REGARDING ORDERS TO NEW YORK:

NEW YORK RESIDENTS ARE WELCOME TO PLACE ORDERS FOR MAGAZINES UP TO 10 ROUND CAPACITY UP UNTIL APRIL 13th.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER THAT DATE FOR ANY MAGAZINES OVER 7 ROUND CAPACITY WILL BE CANCELLED.

RETURN POLICY:

If you would like to return merchandise purchased from Calegalmags we request that you contact us regarding the matter so that we can assist you. Returns require a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # which must be issued to you by our staff. Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted or refunded. Returns must be made within 5 business days of receiving the package and items must be in new condition with all original packaging. Modified magazines can not be returned unless they are defective. If they are defective we will inspect and replace them if necessary.

You can use any carrier you like to send back authorized RMA returns.

NO RETURNS accepted on the following items:
*Drum Magazine Rebuild Kits
*Surplus Magazines
*Modified / Upgraded Magazines (unless they are a manufacturer defect)
*Special Order Items

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of our staff depending on the situation. Shipping costs are non refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all refunded orders, and or items.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you would like to cancel an order please email or contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it is the customers responsibility to ship it back to us. Shipping charges are not refunded. Items must be returned in new condition with all parts accounted for as they were shipped to you.

***A mandatory restocking fee of 20% of the order total or item amount (including sales tax if applicable) will be applied to all canceled orders, or canceled items! This is regardless of whether or not the order has shipped.***

This fee is to cover fees that we incur for processing orders and refunding purchases, as well as time taken to fix inventory levels and deal with the cancellation request.

Undeliverable orders and orders that are refused by the customer for any reason will not be refunded or given a credit. It is the customers responsibility to provide a valid shipping address. (See SHIPPING INFO for more information)

PRE ORDER ITEMS:

Orders containing PRE ORDER items will ship in entirety once all items are in stock and accounted for.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for special order items to ship. Once a customer places an order for a special order item, we then order it from our distributor specifically for that customers order. Special Order items are not returnable, or refundable. Orders that contain special order items will ship in their entirety once we have all items together.

IMPORTANT: HAVE YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO A SECURE LOCATION

Calegalmags will not be held liable for loss or theft after your order has been given to the USPS. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail and we have no control over the package once USPS takes possession of it. USPS does not accommodate special delivery requests or comments. If you write special instructions in the comments box for delivery they will not be forwarded. The USPS will deliver your mail according to their policies and procedures.

SHIPPING INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL- Additional cost applies. Pricing depends on the value of the contents in your package. To purchase shipping insurance please go to the SHIPPING OPTIONS & UPGRADES section on the left margin.

Once we ship an order we are not liable for any loss, damage or incorrect delivery on the part of the USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order please contact us before you place your order. If your package is insured and anything happens to it, we can file a claim with the USPS and seek restitution.

REBUILD KIT POLICY:

Rebuild kits are not to be used to assemble a new high capacity magazine which would be in violation of local or state law. These rebuild kits are intended to rebuild a legally owned pre-ban magazine or for assembling a 10 round magazine pursuant to local or state law.
By purchasing rebuild kits you accept all responsibility to remain in accordance with local or state law and any failure to do so will be the purchasers responsibility. Calegalmags accepts no liability whatsoever for misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from Calegalmags.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to Calegalmag's site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Calegalmags utilizes a "waiting list" option that you can subscribe to if an item they wish to purchase is currently out of stock. Calegalmags will send an email notification once we restock the items and they are once again available to purchase.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
