Can I order online and pick it up at your location?


No, we no longer allow Willcall services. All orders must be placed via our secure website and will ship as quickly as possible.

Do we allow phone orders?

We no longer allow phone orders. All orders must be placed via our secure website. We have fraud filters in place to help protect our business so we require all orders to be placed on the website only.

What is a Rebuild Kit?

A "rebuild kit" is a disassembled magazine. It contains all parts of the magazine. Nothing is removed.

Will "xxxxx" magazine (or rebuild kit) fit my rifle/pistol?

It is up to you to determine which magazines fit your rifle. We can not see your rifle to tell you what will fit or not. Nor do we have every firearm ever made in our possession to test the fit for you. If you do not know whether or not an item is compatible we suggest you contact the manufacturer and ask them. We will not comment for liability reasons.

Having trouble checking out with your purchase?

Please double check the information you entered upon checkout is correct. Your billing address must match the address your credit card company has on file. The shipping address can be a different address. Please contact us to assist you if you continue to have problems. Important: If you try to checkout with incorrect information your credit card company may place a hold on the funds amount for each attempt at a failed transaction so be sure to pay attention when filling in your information. If you fail to enter your correct information and your credit card company puts a hold on your funds you need to contact them directly to have it lifted or wait the average 24hrs for it to drop from your bank statement.

I don't see the magazine or rebuild kit I am looking for. Can you get items that are not listed on your website?

Yes, we have access to thousands of items that are not on the website. Email us with details of what you are looking for. We will check pricing and availability and respond to your email on whether we can help you or not and what the pricing and availability is on the products you are looking for.
Please do not use our phone # voicemail to ask availability of items, we only reply to email requests or Contact Us requests. Phone requests are too time consuming and get lost easily with the amount of calls we receive. We ask this so we can be more efficient in assisting you with your request. With emails we have a record that we can easily refer to and it is faster for us to respond and more efficient all around for everyone.

Order Status Updates?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Current lead times are posted on the checkout page. We do get busy and orders can take longer to process and ship. We may also be awaiting an incoming shipment of products to complete your order. You will receive an email update once the order is placed, when it is processing, and when it ships (shipping email includes USPS tracking#).
Please contact us if you have any questions about the status of your order. Or if you set up an account you can log in and check the status yourself.

Do you ship outside of the US?

NO! We do not ship any orders or any items outside the US.  It does not matter if the items are ITAR restricted or not, we simply do not ship anywhere outside the US. Don't even ask we will not reply.
