Hexmag introduces the True HX10/30-AR 10 round magazine. We have developed a system that does not require the use of pins or limiters. We didn’t take our 30 round magazine and alter it we actually changed the internals to mimic a shorter 10 round magazine. The Patent Pending Hexmag True product line uses a riser and a shorter spring in place of our standard 30 round spring. Since this magazine was never a high capacity magazine it does not require permanent modification for CA, it is simply a 10rd magazine.

The Hexmag True Riser system features our Patent Pending, fiber reinforced Riser that is engineered to bring the base of the spring up. A shortened, heat treated, stainless steel spring is then used to connect the Riser and follower. This system mimics a shortened magazine but keeps the benefits and style of a standard size Hexmag magazine body.

Our System allows for normal disassembly of the magazine for cleaning and changing the HexID color identification system (see related items below for color options)

Our 10 round magazines were developed for CA, CO, NY, NJ, MA, HI, DC and Chicago.

These are manufactured as 10 ROUND MAGAZINES by Hexmag. Calegalmags does not modify these in any way. There is no modification required since they were NEVER a hicap magazine to begin with.
